ARTICLE DÉFECTUEUX, ENDOMMAGÉ OU ERRONÉ
Si ton article arrive brisé, défectueux, ou s'il ne correspond pas à ta commande, écris-nous dans les 30 jours suivant la réception à courdentlucas@gmail.com avec ton numéro de commande et une photo du problème. Nous t'offrons, au choix, un remplacement gratuit ou un remboursement complet, sans frais de retour.

CHANGEMENT D'AVIS
Tu peux retourner un article dans les 30 jours suivant la livraison, à condition qu'il soit neuf, non porté et dans son emballage d'origine. Contacte-nous d'abord par courriel : nous te transmettrons l'adresse de retour. Les frais d'expédition du retour sont à ta charge. Le remboursement est effectué sur ton moyen de paiement d'origine dans les 10 jours ouvrables suivant la réception et la vérification de l'article.

COMMANDE NON REÇUE
Si ton colis n'est pas arrivé 30 jours après l'expédition, contacte-nous : nous ouvrons une enquête auprès du transporteur et te proposons un renvoi ou un remboursement.

ANNULATION
Tu peux annuler ta commande gratuitement tant qu'elle n'a pas été expédiée.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS (ENGLISH)
Damaged, defective or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery at courdentlucas@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We offer a free replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping cost.
Change of mind: items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if new, unworn and in original packaging. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Order not received: if your parcel has not arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us and we will resend it or refund you.
